HOUSE RULES
Dear Guests!
We inform you that you are obliged to adhere to the house rules detailed below when using our services!
We draw your attention to the fact that by paying the service fee, purchasing a pass (using a coupon or voucher), and entering the spa area, you accept every point of our house rules and commit to complying with them.
Failure to familiarize yourself with the house rules does not exempt you from complying with them!
Sóstó - Gyógyfürdők Zrt. accepts no responsibility for damages or accidents arising from non-compliance with the house rules.
1. The facilities of Aquarius Spa Medicine can only be used at one's own risk!
2. An electronic surveillance system operates within the Aquarius Spa Medicine area, and by paying the service fee, the guest acknowledges this fact.
3. Entry to the Aquarius Spa Medicine area is only allowed for medical examination purposes, or after paying the service fees, or with a valid pass. The right to entry is only valid on the day of purchase and grants a single entry!
3/1: The receipt or invoice received upon payment of service fees must be retained until all guests who use the services paid for with the related voucher have left the area of Aquarius Spa Medicine! Employees of Sóstó - Gyógyfürdők Zrt. and members of the security service are entitled to verify the legitimacy of the service use at any time. During verification, the invoice or receipt proving the purchase of the service must be presented.
3/2: The price list placed in front of the checkout provides information about current prices, service fees, and opening hours. The checkout closes at Aquarius Spa Medicine every day at 19:15.
3/3: Sóstó-Gyógyfürdők Zrt. may alter the operating hours if necessary (due to technical failures, adverse weather conditions, extraordinary contamination, etc.). Information will be provided by the staff and through loudspeakers. Guests are not entitled to compensation in such cases. In exceptional circumstances, the provider may suspend services or parts thereof, in which case there is no possibility of refund for services already started. A reduction in the fee for limited services cannot be requested.
4. Currency exchange is not available at our checkouts!
5. Please indicate your invoice request in advance, as it is not possible to issue an invoice later!
6. Guests can only pay for all services and product sales provided within the bath area using a bank card or, in the case of using an e-watch, by deferred payment at the bath's checkouts, with unchanged content and price. In the case of e-watch payment, payments can be made in cash, by bank card, or SZÉP card at the bath's checkouts. By purchasing an entrance ticket, the bath guest accepts and acknowledges that mediating services provided within the bath area can be used in the manner detailed above. 7. Every Guest is obliged to use objects owned by Sóstó - Gyógyfürdők Zrt. properly! In the event of intentional damage or damage resulting from improper behavior, our company reserves the right to compensation.
8. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire area of Aquarius Spa Medicine! Exceptions are the designated smoking areas outside the area and 10 meters from the entrances.
9. Children under the age of 14 may only enter the area of Aquarius Spa Medicine with parental or adult supervision. Children under the age of 14 may use the services, equipment, and pools of Sóstó- Spa Medicine Zrt. under parental supervision or the permanent supervision of an adult escort and at their own risk.
8/1: In the case of organized group activities, education, or any other event for minors under 18 at the area of Aquarius Spa Medicine, the organizer assumes full responsibility for participants within the framework of the program they organize and provides adult supervision.
10. Using the medicinal water pools is contraindicated for severe heart and circulatory diseases, incontinence, malignant tumors, acute inflammatory conditions, tuberculosis, thrombosis, severe varicose veins, pregnancy, and any skin alterations, regardless of extent, which public health considerations do not allow for presence in a community bath.
11. Individuals with open wounds, fever, contagious diseases, or under the influence of drugs, intoxicating substances, or alcohol cannot use the services at Aquarius Spa Medicine and may be excluded from using the services. In such cases, compensation is not entitled.
12. Using the medicinal water pools is typically based on medical advice; in other cases, the recommended duration is 20 minutes.
13. Signs, pictograms, and notices plant attention to the proper use of our pools and therapeutic areas, compliance with which is mandatory. In case of accidents resulting from improper use, liability lies with the accompanying person for children and with the users themselves for adult guests. Wearing jewelry or watches is dangerous and prohibited!
14. The instructions and guidelines of Sóstó- Gyógyfürdők Zrt. employees, pool masters, and security service personnel on assignment must be followed by all bathers.
15. To comply with public health and authority regulations, ensure our Guests' peace, undisturbed relaxation, and prevent accidents, the following are PROHIBITED throughout the area of Aquarius Spa Medicine:
a) Bringing animals into the spa area. Exceptions are guide dogs or guard dogs directed by security personnel or the police.
b) Eating and consuming alcoholic beverages in locker rooms, pool areas, and pools.
c) Walking in street clothes and shoes in pool areas and resting areas, and bringing in any items used outdoors.
d) Using the pools without proper showering and footwashing.
e) Bathing of non-toilet-trained children without swim diapers. Non-toilet-trained children cannot be taken to other pools even with swim diapers, and they can only use the pools designated for children.
f) Use of the pool by epileptic patients without an escort/supervisor.
g) Polluting the water of pools, using detergents or chemicals, jumping into the water from undesignated areas, playing ball, creating noise, and entering pools with special medical diapers or pads for fecal or urinary control issues.
h) Bringing fragile or hazardous objects (glassware, wine bottles, beer bottles, etc.) into the pools, or any objects that may cause injury.
i) Wearing attire in pools that doesn't meet public health, water quality, or safety standards. The pools should be used in swimwear designed for bathing, covering at most to the knees on the lower body and to the shoulders on the upper body. An exception is beachwear designed to protect against UV radiation, which may cover a larger portion of the body but is usable for bathing. Wearing knee-length shorts, short-sleeved shirts, denim shorts, shirts, underwear (generally street or everyday wear) is strictly prohibited, and wearers will be immediately excluded from using the bath area and swimming without compensation!
j) Any footwear use in the pools. This includes sea shoes, sandals, slippers, etc.
k) Jumping into the water in pools.
l) Behaving in a manner offensive to public morals or societal standards. These include:
1. Making vulgar or crude remarks, causing loudness, shouting
2. Physical abuse, intentional infliction of physical harm, intimidating others
3. Expressing opinions or declarations based on race, ethnicity, religious affiliation, or gender identity
4. Any sexually charged behavior or conduct
5. In our co-ed dressing rooms, remaining with an uncovered body is only permitted in cabins designated for dressing
m) Engaging in marketing or political activities throughout the spa area without prior agreement.
n) Being on the spa premises (except for pool areas and pools) without slippers. If an accident occurs for this reason, liability lies with the Guest.
o) Using hairdryers not operated by the spa. We take no responsibility for accidents arising from using hairdryers brought from outside the spa.
Any guest engaging in prohibited activities described in point 15 of the house rules will immediately be excluded from using the bath area and swimming by Sóstó – Gyógyfürdők Zrt. without compensation, and the guest must immediately leave the bath area upon staff instruction!
16. In the event of a fire, serious damage event management, or justified necessity during the implementation of an evacuation plan, bomb threat, or other extraordinary events, all instructions communicated via loudspeakers or by bath employees must be obeyed immediately and without exception.
17. Sóstó – Gyógyfürdők Zrt. will ban from its spas any person who causes panic or does anything to offend or scandalize the community. Sóstó – Gyógyfürdők Zrt. will revoke the right of entry without initiating further action for any person engaging in sexually explicit acts or physical violence.
18. Pools, pool areas, and corridors must be vacated 15 minutes before closing time! This ensures all guests can leave the entire area by closing time.
19. The guests' book is located at the checkouts.
20. In case of Guest injury or illness, designated first aid stations and personnel are provided. A formal report must be prepared for such cases.
21. We assume no responsibility for valuables or objects embodying material assets (car keys, mobile phone, bank card, etc.), except if the Guest places their valuables in the locker service available for an additional fee at Aquarius Adventure Bath. Sóstó – Gyógyfürdők Zrt. assumes responsibility only for valuables placed here!
22. Sóstó – Gyógyfürdők Zrt. assumes no responsibility for the loss or disappearance of unattended items (including items left in pool areas, corridors, dressing rooms, on pegs) within the spa area.
23. Found items should be handed in at the checkout with an entry made in the log.
24. Guests can address complaints to the Office of the Mayor of Nyíregyháza City: 4400 Nyíregyháza, Kossuth Square 1.
